  2. I was uncomfortable today at school when I overheard a friend talking about me behind my back. Should I talk to her about it? Or should I pretend I never heard what she said? I don't want to lose her as a friend.

  3. My boyfriends friends were making fun of my driving skills and he refused to stand up for me around them. When I tell them to stop they don't listen. When I confront my boyfriend about this issue and how it bothers me he tells me to grow up. What should I do?

  4. Hello,
Lately I've been feeling like I have had too much on my plate. On top of that my parents have been pressuring me to go into sciences where as I feel my calling is in culinary arts. Do you have any advice?

    Thanks
    - L

  5. Hi L,
That sounds like a pretty confusing situation! All that I can tell you is to follow your dreams. You should talk to you parents about it and tell them that your passion is really Culinary Arts, not sciences. Hope things work out for you!!

  6. Hi Anonymous,
Sticking up to your boyfriend is never easy, but if his friends' comments are really bothering you, you need to tell him how it makes you really feel. If he doesn't understand that, then he clearly doesn't know you as well as you think he does. Spend more of your time with people who will support you, rather than put you down.

  7. Dear Uncomfortable,
If she is saying something that she wouldn't say to your face, then you should definetly confront her about it. Make sure you address the situation when it is just the two of you and to remain cool and collected. Don't try and get revenge for what she said because that will just turn into a vicious cycle with lots of fighting. Try to remember that you might have accidently misheard her and that she is innocent until proven guilty. Also, if she is a friend worth keeping then she will tell you the truth. I hope this helps and everything works out. Remember we're always here to listen.
